Southern blight photo with Olloclip vs Nikon

Southern blight, Sclerotium rolfsii, produces sclerotia that are 1 to 2 mm in diameter (Click here for more info on Southern blight). A photo of the sclerotia taken with the Olloclip (a clip-on macro lens for the iPhone 4 and 4S) produces photos of decent quality. Although not equivalent to a high quality macro lens mounted on a good digital camera, the Olloclip is a handy tool for photos of small objects such as sclerotia.
