Applying soap flush through a hose-end sprayer

Soap flushes are useful for monitoring for caterpillars such as black cutworms and sod webworms. Applying the flush through a hose-end sprayer can speed up monitoring efforts. The goal is to deliver a 1% solution of liquid dishwashing soap. For Gilmore sprayer set the dial to1 tablespoon, and fill the hose-end sprayer with a mixture of 2 parts water to 1 part Lemon Joy.
