Turf GvX

The turf GvX is a numerical value which combines clipping volume and growth potential to provide Growth vs. eXpected. The GvX indicates how many clippings are being harvested compared with the expected amount of clippings given the recent site temperatures.

These spreadsheets can be used to find the 7, 14, and 28 day GvX values based on clipping volume data and site temperatures. The information you need to input are:

- surface area for each green (or for each area from which clippings are collected) - clipping volume data, in liters - average daily air temperatures
