Nitrogen harvested in clippings: calculation update for 2024

Here's how I'd estimate the nitrogen harvested in turfgrass clippings.

I'd start by looking at normal leaf nitrogen content for putting green grasses. Sorry Poa annua and fine fescue and browntop growers. Eventually I may get data to make species specific estimates for those grasses. In the meantime, I'd expect Poa to be about the same as creeping bentgrass, or slightly higher, and fescue and browntop I expect to be a bit lower than creeping bentgrass.
