Tentative ID: Brown ring patch
Disease-free area at top of photo was treated with flutolanil (Prostar); diseased area resulted from a sprayer skip. Brown ring patch was described in the U.S. in 2006 and is caused by the fungus Waitea circinata. The symptoms shown here are consistent with those for brown ring patch.
