Rapid blight

Rapid blight, caused by Labyrinthula terrestris, is a year round problem on poa greens (as seen in this photo), as well as on ryegrass fairways, especially when soil sodium levels are high. For more information on rapid blight, read here. This sample was also colonized by the alga (cyanobacterium)"
