MLSN fertilizer and cost savings documented
Superintendent Allan Dewald, of Valley Golf and Regional Park in Saskatchewan, has shared his two years experience using the MLSN (Minimum Levels for Sustainable Nutrition) soil guidelines. So far, he has been able to reduce nitrogen, phosphate and potash use by 50 per cent or more, and has reduced fertilizer costs by about 40 percent.
