GrowthPotential (GP) is a key component of the MLSN fertilizer management approach. Turf growth and nutrient demand are estimated by GP allowing reasonable estimates for turfgrass extraction of nutrients from the soil over time for any location and turf type. The Climate Appraisal provides a simple spreadsheet to aid in calculation of growth potential for any location based upon average monthly temperature.
