Canine urine damage

Tall fescue lawn that is growing under nitrogen deficit. Green circles illustrate enhanced growth due to increased nitrogen surrounding dead patches of grass where a female canine urinated. The photo illustrates the recuperative ability of nitrogen applications on turfgrasses that are nitrogen deprived. What looks like a dying lawn is the result of a nitrogen deficit. As soon as nitrogen is applied, grasses will resume robust growth.
