Bermudagrass scale
Bermudagrass scale (Odonaspis ruthae) on GN-1 bermduagrass, Southern California, February, 2007. Associated with spring dead spot and decline. Note the small pepper-like specks on the stolon that are lobate hyphopodia of the fungus Gaeumannomyces graminis (decline).
