Suspected Waitea circinata (brown ring patch,anamorph Rhizoctonia circinata) had been kept in check with Heritage. However, two subsequent treatments with thiophanate-methyl failed to control this aggressive pathogen. Mycelium in photo developed after overnight incubation of the sample in a moist chamber. Southern California, July 2007.
